Sunrise Policy
This document describes China Internet Network Information Center (“CNNIC”) Sunrise Policy, which defines the registration policies and eligibility requirements for registrations in Sunrise Period. Sunrise period is the first phase of the Top Level Domain“.网络”(xn—io0a7i) &”.公司”(xn—55qx5d) for their open registration, in this period,the Trademark Holders are provided the first right to register the domain name whose trademark labels matching their marks registered in Trademark Clearinghouse.

Jul 1,2014–Jul 31,2014 length of 30 days.
Registration Terms
1. Registrant Requirements
The domain name registrant must abide to the provisions of "Chinese Internet Domain Name Management Regulations” based on their TMCH verified qualification.The Trademark Holders should submit the corresponding registration information, identity certificated materials and SMD files (Signed Mark Data files) provided by TMCH.

2. Domain Name Label Requirements
The Domain Name Label must:
Sunrise Applications must contain a valid SMD File and its applied Domain Label must consistent with the mark label in SMD file.
Domain names will be registered on a “first come-first served” basis.
Dispute Solutions
Any challenges alleging that a domain name has been registered by improper registrant, or has been declined to be registered will be resolved by Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy(the “SDRP”). Any SDRP complaint should be brought under SDRP before 90 days after the close of the sunrise period.

Fees that maybe collected during Sunrise include:
If the registrants delete their new successful registered domains, the registration fees will not be refunded.
